The #SocialSantaFe Social Media Strategy Workshop on January 22, 2016 was a HUGE success! The workshop was created and hosted by Amy Tischler, Caitlin Jenkins (Simply Social Media) and Carole Baker (Cherry Pie Social) for New Mexico business professionals. The location and official sponsor was The Drury Plaza Hotel. The evening social hour was hosted and sponsored by Eloisa Restaurant. Chef John Sedlar even created a signature cocktail for us!

On the table for discussion? The day began with a presentation from Carole, Caitlin and Amy on the subject of overall social media strategy. Later in the day, Carole presented specific strategy for Facebook and Twitter. Amy and Caitlin did a brilliant job presenting Instagram strategy for business-owners.
The attendees asked GREAT questions and the social banter began. Afterward, everyone “socialized” and got to know one another. There were opportunities to ask more personalized questions about their businesses and to get advice from the experts!

After the tour of the hotel (lovingly dubbed “The Instatweet” — Kodie took us through the hotel and pointed out all of the beautiful artwork, explained some of the history of the Drury, and showed off the rooftop bar, workout center and hot tub), everyone headed to Eloīsa Restaurant for a post-workshop celebration!
